Covid-19 - Changes to how we work in Store

We are so excited to be opening our doors again this Monday 15th June - 3 months away is a long time, we have been missing the energy and enjoyment that comes from helping you, our customers, find great belts & buckles.

Clearly we have had to make some changes to adapt to the new world we are all living in. Hopefully these will not detract from your in-store experience although we know that the first tentative steps for all of us might feel a little strange and awkward. I am sure we will all get used to it soon...

Listed in the infographic below are all the steps we are taking to make our environment and safe and hygienic as possible for both you and our staff.

Belt Fitting Process

The one thing not mentioned below is the custom sizing element of the process where we normally get a little up close and personal - we will adapt this slightly in order to maintain social distancing - asking you to try on the belt and then mark it up yourselves where it fits comfortably with a little sticker. The rest of the process will be as usual!
